Ashley’s background in the world of banking and finance has given him the experience to fully manage A&R accounts from payroll, invoicing, to credit control. Ashley applies competitive pricing structures that really suits most budgets making us a top choice.

Dora started off as a cleaning operative but with huge potential she worked her way up to commercial manager within two years. Dora is known as “Miss Efficient” - very proactive with her clients and always on the ball.

Chloe is a very driven young talent that has been with A&R Cleaning for 4 years. Chloe started as office admin but has been through several courses and NVQ’s to advance her knowledge and is now office manager. Chloe manages rota scheduling, stock control and many other key areas to assist with the daily running of A&R Cleaning Services.

Lucy-Ann previously worked in the Aviation industry for 27 years, working her way up from cabin crew to regional manager and then later working as an outsourced HR Officer for 2 years. Lucy-Ann became our new Business Support Officer and is now our go-to lady for all of our HR and recruitment needs.

Julie is a very proactive person with several years managerial experience working in a shopping and leisure destination. She is now our commercial manager, managing a team of cleaning operatives and ensuring clients receive an excellent service.
