Tracy joined our team in 2011 and has developed her skills immensely by being focused and driven to provide only the best service and standards to her clients. Tracy manages her clients by regular audits, walk arounds and ensures her team are fully trained and compliant in all aspects of cleaning and health and safety.

Dora started off as a cleaning operative but with huge potential she worked her way up to commercial manager within two years. Dora is known as “Miss Efficient” - very proactive with her clients and always on the ball.

Chloe is a very driven young talent that has been with A&R for two years. Chloe started as office admin but has been through several courses and NVQ’s to advance her knowledge and is now office manager. Chloe manages rota scheduling, stock control, marketing and many other key areas to assist with the daily running of A&R Cleaning Services.
