How We’ve Grown

One of our values is that success and growth, whether business or personal, should be celebrated.  We love nothing more than to celebrate progress of company standards, service levels and our team members.

Over the past two years our business has quadrupled, both in terms of staff and contracted clients. We now employ 78+ members of staff and have over 200 regular contracts, with offices, schools and venues among our clients.

We really do care about our clients, team and the industry as a whole – and that comes through in our work.

It’s not just in terms of clients that we’ve grown though. Investment in the team and their tools is key, too.

  • We invest in our staff, and many of our leadership team have started as cleaning operatives, and worked their way up. We have some of the highest staff retention rates in the industry, 20% below the industry average.
  • We invest in our equipment, making sure we use the best possible equipment for every job for every client. This keeps our rates competitive, and reduces the time we have to spend at clients’ premises
  • We invest in the best products on the market, to reduce the spread of sickness for our clients.
