I thought it was important to pass on the comments from the staff team about our cleaners.
Everyone has been talking about how clean our school is, ensuring we are providing the safest environment for both our staff and pupils is important to us.
Adam is so flexible during his lunchtime clean, there have been times where we have needed to change his ‘cleaning route’ at the last minute and this hasn’t been an issue at all. He happily liaises with staff and you can frequently hear him on the ‘walkie talkie airwaves’ reassuring staff he is on his way to their room to clean it!
Our evening cleaners, Julia and Emma, have worked alongside us to ensure all the cleaning is completed while staff are completing their parents evening phone calls. Being here late this week I have seen first hand how thorough they are, every inch of the school is cleaned. This is reassuring.
They don’t stop and work at a very quick pace!
Their work goes a long way to ensuring we have a happy school.
We just would like to say how pleased we are with the cleaning undertaken by Rita, Paul and Hannah at Llanishen Fach, they are always flexible and reliable and we are delighted with the amount of support they provide us with.
A special mention however must be made about Jessica, she has proved herself absolutely invaluable in the day time. Nothing is too much trouble, she displays initiative and always seeks to ensure that she is doing what is right for the school; she has been amazingly flexible and adaptable in what are very difficult circumstances and we cannot be happier.
Whilst writing we also thought it would be nice for you to know that at the end of the first half term Sarah Coombes wrote to parents expressing her gratitude to both the staff of the school and the cleaning staff for all that they have done to keep the school open. Sarah is keenly aware of the staff of A & R’s role in ensuring we continue to operate.
Your patience as our management contact has been boundless and the way in which you respond to ever-changing policies and procedures has made our lives easier and given us the knowledge that we are in safe hands.

I wanted to formally recognise the excellent service your company and Dora especially have provided to Brook Street. We approached you after a few years of poor service from another cleaning company so we are delighted to write this recommendation.
Dora, our representative has always taken the time to understand our unique requirements. We are a public facing, busy office. It’s really important that we create a great impression and Dora has gone the extra mile to make sure every part of our office is perfectly spotless. She even organised for an external window cleaner, which is something we wouldn’t have had time to organise.
